Popshine's Three-Year Limited Warranty
Popshine cases warrants the Popshine Brand of Products against defects in material or workmanship for a period three (3) years from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer through an authorized Popshine dealer. Popshine does not warrant, and is not responsible of, any smartphone, tablet or other device made by any manufacturer other than Popshine. If a defect arises in the materials or workmanship warranted by Popshine, Popshine will replace that unit as long as it falls within the warranty constraints. This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic wears discoloring or other flaws due to normal use, accidents, improper use and modification to the product renders this warranty null and void.

IT DOES NOT warrant or cover, and POPSHINE CASES is not responsible for damage or loss to, any product made by any manufacturer other than Poetic, including but not limited to device damage or loss of data; promotional items; shipping or other costs associated with returning the product to Popshine. Popshine's Three-Year Limited Warranty is not valid for purchases from Unauthorized Popshine Sellers. Please purchase Poetic products in NEW condition from our Authorized Popshine Sellers. Popshine's Three-Year Limited Warranty does not warrant or cover USED products purchased from any of the approved resellers.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Popshine, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY "COMPANY") BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY Popshine PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEVICE DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MIGHT INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED HEREIN AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES IN CONT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE), THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF COMPANY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

To receive warranty service, please submit an RMA request below. Popshine's warranty service does not cover international shipping costs. For international shipping costs, the buyer is responsible. Original proof of purchase is required to complete your warranty service request.
